New Delhi, May 10: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met with the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Nitin Naveen, on Sunday in New Delhi. Mahendra Bhatt, the state president and Rajya Sabha MP from Uttarakhand, was also present during this meeting.
CM Dhami shared details of the meeting on social media, along with photographs. He mentioned that he gifted honey from Uttarakhand to BJP President Nitin Naveen. They discussed various organizational matters and current issues concerning the state.
On the social media platform X, CM Dhami wrote, “I had the opportunity to meet Nitin Naveen, the National President of the world’s largest political party, BJP, in New Delhi and presented him with honey from Uttarakhand. We discussed organizational matters and various current issues, receiving his guidance on these topics. Mahendra Bhatt, the state president of BJP Uttarakhand and Rajya Sabha member, was also present.”
Earlier, he congratulated Himanta Biswa Sarma for being elected as the leader of the NDA legislative party in Assam. CM Dhami expressed his good wishes on X, stating, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Himanta Biswa Sarma on being elected as the leader of the NDA legislative party in Assam. Under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and your strong commitment, the resolve of the double-engine government in Assam will be further strengthened, making the dream of a developed, prosperous, and self-reliant Assam a reality.”
Additionally, he extended Mother’s Day wishes to the citizens of the country. On X, CM Dhami wrote, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all the people of the state on Mother’s Day. Mothers embody love, compassion, sacrifice, penance, and values. It is at their feet that we receive our first values, knowledge, and divine experiences. A mother’s blessing is the greatest support, inspiration, and the purest light on the path of life.”
