Sudarshan Chemical Industries surges on raising Rs 99 crore via NCDs

Sudarshan Chemical Industries is currently trading at Rs. 452.00, up by 11.40 points or 2.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 440.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 449.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 454.00 and Rs. 444.90 respectively. So far 1945 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 785.50 on 04-Aug-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 405.25 on 17-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 462.65 and Rs. 426.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3122.84 crore.

Sudarshan Chemical Industries has raised Rs 99 crore through the allotment of 990 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Taxable Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a Face Value Rs 10 lakh each to the Federal Bank.

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors vide its resolution dated July 18, 2022, has approved the allotment of the same.
