Udaipur : Surgeons successfully operated a pregnant woman and relieved her of severe colic pain at Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences at Umarda. PIMS chairman Asheesh Agarwal told Udaipur Kiran that the patient a 35-year old woman from Hamirgarh in Banswara was admitted here on complaint of severe colic pain.
The woman was low on hemoglobin i.e 4gm/dl. Blood had collected in her abdomen. On examination it was found that her uterus had been damaged due to excessive bleeding. Dr PK Bhatnagar and his team held the surgery and successfully operated the baby out while the team managed to repair the uterus and save the mother.
