Strategic Opening of the Hormuz Strait Marks Diplomatic Victory for India: Manoj Tiwari

Patna, March 28: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari has made a statement regarding international conditions and the nation’s energy security. He announced that the Hormuz Strait is now open for India, which he considers a significant diplomatic achievement.

While addressing reporters in Patna, he noted that currently, only five countries have access to this route, and India is among them. Tiwari attributed this development to India’s strong foreign policy and commitment to peace.

He reassured the public that the government is taking necessary measures to prevent any increase in petrol and diesel prices. He indicated that despite global circumstances, the government will not allow the burden to fall on the common people.

Additionally, he responded to remarks made by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. Tiwari praised Sarma as an excellent chief minister but emphasized that strict action would be taken against anti-social elements in the state, ensuring that such individuals are not spared.

This response comes after Sarma’s sharp comments during an election rally, where he stated that if the BJP-led alliance wins the upcoming Assam assembly elections, his government would take decisive action against the Bangladeshi ‘Miya’ community in the state.

Notably, the Assam assembly elections will be conducted in a single phase, with voting scheduled for April 9 and results to be declared on May 4.

Manoj Tiwari is currently the Lok Sabha MP from North East Delhi and has previously served as the president of the Delhi BJP. He began his career as a Bhojpuri artist.
