Chennai, Mar 21 : Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin today greeted young shuttler Lakshya Sen, who became only the fifth India to reach the final of the prestigious All England Open Badminton Championships-2022, and came very close to scripting history. In a tweet, Stalin said “Very proud of what Lakshya Sen has achieved in All England Open Badminton Championships 2022 at this young age. Becoming only the fifth Indian to reach the final of the prestigious tournament, he came very close to scripting history.” “I wish him all the best for his future”, he added. Lakshya had dream run at the All England Championships in Birmingham before ending runner-up losing to World number one and Olympic champion Viktor Axelsen in the men’s singles final yesterday.
