South Africa vs New Zealand: Womens Teams Set for 5-Match T20 Series

New Delhi, March 15: The Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 is set to kick off on June 12. In preparation, the women’s teams from South Africa and New Zealand will engage in a five-match T20 series.

The series will begin today, March 15, with the first match taking place in Mount Maunganui. The second match is scheduled for March 17 in Hamilton.

The third match will be held in Auckland on March 20, followed by the fourth match in Wellington on March 22. Christchurch will host the final match of the series on March 25. Alongside the women’s matches, both countries’ men’s teams will also compete at the same venues.

Since 2007, South Africa and New Zealand’s women’s teams have faced off in a total of 17 T20 matches. New Zealand has the upper hand, having won 12 matches, while South Africa has secured 4 victories.
