On Wednesday, she posted an inspiring workout video on her Instagram account. The challenging exercises shown in the video not only provide physical strength but also help build confidence and endurance.
In the video, Soha can be seen rolling on the floor while holding weights and performing exercises where she grips a bar and lifts her legs up. This type of training is called functional strength training. The benefit of this approach is that it helps the body perform daily activities better, such as lifting objects, running, climbing stairs, or responding quickly to sudden movements. Such workouts activate muscles throughout the body and build strength in a balanced manner.
Rolling and weight-lifting exercises improve body stability, while hanging bar exercises strengthen the core – the abdominal and lower back areas. A strong core not only gives the body good shape but also reduces problems like back pain.
