Snake Rescued from Shah Rukh Khans Mannat in Mumbai

Mumbai, August 18: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s residence, Mannat, is once again in the spotlight. Recently, two snakes were spotted on the property, prompting security staff to immediately notify the forest department. A rescue team arrived on the scene and successfully captured one of the snakes with great care.

According to reports, the snake was first seen by a guard at the mansion. Upon spotting it, the guard quickly called the forest department for assistance. Vicky Dubey, a member of the rescue team, arrived alongside forest officials to handle the situation. The team conducted a thorough search of the premises, during which they discovered one snake hiding inside a shed in the garden.

Vicky Dubey carefully extracted the snake and identified it as an eight-foot-long rat snake, also known as the Indian rat snake. This species is non-venomous. However, during the rescue operation, the second snake managed to escape before the team could capture it. Despite an extensive search, they were unable to locate it. The forest department believes that the second snake likely exited the premises.

It’s worth noting that Mannat is currently undergoing renovations, which is why Shah Rukh Khan and his family are not residing there at the moment. They have temporarily moved to another apartment in Bandra.

This incident is not the first of its kind in Mumbai, as earlier this year, a snake was also found at actor Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra. A rescue team was called in to safely remove it.
