The prices of silver and gold have reached new highs in the bullion market today, with silver making a remarkable jump of ₹11,760 per kilogram and gold edging closer to ₹1.5 lakh per 10 grams. This surge reflects strong momentum in precious metals trading across MCX and local markets.

Including GST, the price has crossed ₹3,02,459 per kilogram. This represents a significant rise compared to Friday’s closing rate of ₹2,81,890 per kilogram (excluding GST). In just 19 days this year, silver has increased by ₹63,230, showing a growth nearly six times faster than gold.

Gold Prices Near ₹1.5 Lakh

For perspective, on Dhanteras, gold was ₹1,32,400 per 10 grams and silver ₹1,70,000 per kilogram. Today, silver prices have crossed the ₹3 lakh mark in Delhi’s bullion market, while gold continues its upward trajectory.
