Sigachi Industries jumps on getting LoI from Grasim Industries

Sigachi Industries is currently trading at Rs. 399.80, up by 2.15 points or 0.54% from its previous closing of Rs. 397.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 397.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 403.00 and Rs. 396.90 respectively. So far 25112 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 648.00 on 17-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 361.00 on 20-Dec-2021.

Sigachi Industries has received Letter of Intent (LoI) from Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group), for the operations and management of the three Chlorine Product Plants- SBP-48 TPD, CPW-30TPD & MCAA-20TPD. The agreement shall be for an amount of 20 crore and will be valid for a period of 3 years.
