Siemens gains on reporting 2-fold jump in Q3 consolidated net profit

Siemens is currently trading at Rs. 2640.00, up by 28.05 points or 1.07% from its previous closing of Rs. 2611.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2645.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2652.85 and Rs. 2601.75 respectively. So far 39454 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2815.00 on 02-Aug-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1973.15 on 11-Aug-2021.

The company has reported a rise of 81.86% in its net profit at Rs 293.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 161.50 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 50.03% at Rs 3989.40 crore for quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared Rs 2659.10 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 300.70 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 141.80 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 50.12% at Rs 4337.00 crore for quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared Rs 2889.00 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
