Shocking Murder of Property Dealer in Narela, Delhi

New Delhi, September 3: A property dealer was murdered in the Narela area of North Delhi on Thursday morning, causing widespread shock. The incident occurred around 7 AM when assailants opened fire on the dealer and fled the scene. The victim succumbed to his injuries at the site.

The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old Pramod Kumar, a resident of Nahari village in Haryana’s Sonipat district. Pramod was the owner of Mukul Properties and operated a banquet hall known as Mukul Garden in the village.

Pramod was shot outside a gym in Bankner, Narela. Reports indicate that three unidentified attackers carried out the murder and escaped immediately after. He died on the spot due to the gunshot wounds.

Upon receiving the news, a police team arrived at the scene. Local residents expressed their outrage over the incident. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination, but the motive behind the murder remains unclear.

The police are reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the attackers and gather more details about the incident.

Earlier, a robbery and murder case was reported in Rohini, Delhi. The victim was identified as Rakesh Khanna, approximately 60 years old.

Initial police investigations revealed that three individuals entered the house around 7:30 PM on Tuesday, while a fourth accomplice kept watch outside. The suspects had conducted reconnaissance of the house two days prior to the incident on August 30. They stole approximately 1.5 lakh rupees in cash and some gold jewelry.

During the investigation, three suspects were arrested, identified as Simran Taneja, Chirag, and Paras. According to the police, 23-year-old Simran Taneja, the victim’s niece, emerged as the main conspirator in the plot.
