New Delhi, March 28 : The Supreme Court on Monday refused to give an urgent hearing to a mentioning by Trinamool Congress MP Abhishek Banerjee and his wife Rujira against an Enforcement Directorate (ED) summons issued to them to appear in Delhi. A three-judge Bench headed by Chief Justice N V Ramana said he will look into the matter but didn’t fix a date to hear the matter. The 34-year-old MP, a nephew of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, had moved the Supreme Court challenging the summons from the ED. Abhishek Banerjee is being probed for his alleged involvement in money laundering. SM MR
