Schaeffler India rises on reporting 76% rise in Q2 net profit

Schaeffler India is currently trading at Rs. 2534.95, up by 31.25 points or 1.25% from its previous closing of Rs. 2503.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2602.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2675.95 and Rs. 2518.50 respectively. So far 12938 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2,675.95 on 28-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1285.50 on 11-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2,675.95 and Rs. 2450.70 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 40195.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.13%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.45% and 5.42% respectively.

Schaeffler India has reported results for second quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported 76.19% rise in its net profit at Rs 225.75 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 128.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 41.67% at Rs 1,765.03 crore for June quarter as compared Rs 1,245.85 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Schaeffler India has its presence in automotive and across all core industrial segments.
