During the episode, Asif Khan accused Kazi Tauqeer of making light of a serious health issue, specifically a heart attack. Asif appeared visibly upset, prompting actress and TV host Sara Afreen Khan to voice her objections to his remarks.

The dispute gained traction following the episode’s airing, where Kazi jokingly remarked, “I feel like I’m having a heart attack.” Asif, who has previously faced heart-related health challenges, took this comment personally, interpreting it as a mockery of his condition. Kazi repeatedly clarified that he did not intend to ridicule Asif or his health issues, even apologizing multiple times. Despite his efforts, tensions remained high, and Asif continued to express his anger, making harsh comments towards Kazi.

In response to the situation, Sara Afreen Khan stated that Kazi is being unfairly targeted on the show. She emphasized that kind-hearted individuals often face such attacks, which she believes is a part of life. In an Instagram story, she shared her thoughts, asserting that there is a concerted effort to undermine Kazi within the house.

In her video, she explained, “Kazi was joking when he said he felt like he was having a heart attack. He was unaware of Asif’s health issues. While I acknowledge that health matters are serious, sometimes we joke around.” She noted that upon learning about Asif’s condition, Kazi apologized, yet Asif continued to provoke him.

Sara concluded by expressing her support for Kazi, stating that he is one of the most sensible, entertaining, and patient contestants on the show. She believes the ongoing targeting of him is unacceptable.
