Mumbai, March 5 : Bollywood actor Sanya Malhotra on Saturday announced her upcoming film with Netflix ‘Kathal’. Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old ‘Badhaai Ho’ actor shared a clip from the film and wrote: “Laapta kathal ki talaash jaari hai! Kahi aa e unhe dekha? Dhoondhne aa rahe hai hum, Inspector Mahima. Kathal, Coming soon on Netflix.” Netflix also shared the clip with the caption: “Gumshuda insaan ko dhoondna mushkil hai par gumshuda Kathal ko? Is hi mushkil case ko solve karne aa rahi hai Sanya Malhotra as Mahima in Kathal.” The ‘Dangal’ actor will play role of cop named Mahima who is solving the case of missing Kathals (Jackfruits). Actor Anant Vijay Joshi will also be seen playing a key role in the movie. ‘Virgin Bhasskar’ actor shared the video and said:” Kathal ki khoj mein milega comedy, suspense and bharpoor drama, kyuki case solve karne aa rahi hai Inspector Mahima.” ‘Kathal’ is directed by Yashowardhan Mishra and produced by Balaji Telefilms.
