Mumbai, March 26: Samsung has launched the eighth beta version of One UI 8.5 for its Galaxy S25 series. Initially anticipated as a stable release, this update brings the total beta count to eight. While it includes several bug fixes, none are critical, suggesting Samsung is in the final stages of preparation for the stable release.

The latest build, identified as version ZZCD, has a download size of nearly 1GB. The update was first rolled out in Germany and has since expanded to India, Poland, South Korea, and the UK within hours. The United States has yet to receive the update, but it is expected soon.

This beta version introduces a new story type in the Gallery app, allowing users to create monthly, quarterly, or yearly reviews automatically.
