Mumbai, April 5 : Bollywood actor Salman Khan on Tuesday moved the Bombay High Court challenging a lower court’s direction asking him and his bodyguard to appear in person in an alleged assault case filed by a mediaperson. The actor and his aide was asked to be present in person in court on April 5 in response to a complaint filed by TV journalist, Ashok Pandey, who alleged he was assaulted on April 24, 2019. Pandey said when he and his cameraperson saw Salman riding his bicycle and tried to record it, they were accosted by the “Dabangg” actor’s bodyguard. Following the plea moved in high court, the actor and others did not appear in local court on Tuesday. AAA ING
