Mumbai, April 12 : The Rupee on Tuesday declined by four paise at 75.99 in opening session against the US Dollar in early trade on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said. The Rupee fell today owing to firm Dollar against other world currencies, amid negative opening in stock market, the dealer informed.
