Patna, April 14 : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Thursday expressed his deep shock over deaths of Bihari labourers killed in boiler blast in Andhra Pradesh and announced compensation of Rs two lakhs each for family members of those killed in the incident. Kumar said that he was deeply shocked to learn about the incident of boiler blast in Porus Laboratories Private Limited of Eluru district of Andhra Pradesh where Bihari labourers were killed. Compensation of Rs 2 lakhs each would be given to family members of those killed in the incident, he added. Chief Minister said that Rs 50,000 each would also be given to family members of those injured in the incident. He wished them for early recovery. Kumar directed the Resident Commissioner in New Delhi to co-ordinate with officials of Andhra Pradesh and make proper arrangement for treatment of the deceased. He also directed the Commissioner to make arrangement for bringing back bodies of labourers to Bihar. As it is, six people were killed and several others were injured on Wednesday night in boiler blast in Porus Laboratories Private Limited at Akkireddygudem in Eluru district of Andhra Pradesh.
