Nagar emphasized that the Shankaracharya should maintain composure and refrain from controversial remarks about top political leaders. He also highlighted the recent altercation involving the police, urging all parties to control anger and work towards harmony.

Addressing remarks made by Mallikarjun Kharge against the NDA government, Nagar advised Kharge, as the Congress president, to focus on strengthening his party rather than making divisive statements. He criticized Kharge for earlier comments perceived as against Sanatan Dharma, pointing out the inconsistency with current party spokespersons who support the faith. Nagar urged Kharge to introspect, especially considering key leaders like Shakeel Ahmad and Naseemuddin Siddiqui are leaving the party amid internal conflicts and sidelining of Rahul Gandhi.
