Mumbai, April 27: Realme’s Buds T series has established a solid reputation in the budget audio segment. The Buds T200 and T300 models are frequently recognized as dependable choices for everyday users. Recent sales data for the new Realme Buds T500 Pro indicates that this trust is now extending to the latest model.
The company reports that the Buds T500 Pro experienced a remarkable 230 percent increase in first-day sales compared to its predecessor. This data encompasses purchases made through Realme’s website, Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, and offline retail outlets. While specific sales figures have not been disclosed, the surge suggests strong initial demand during the first sales window.
Pricing seems to play a crucial role in this success. The Buds T500 Pro was launched at an introductory price of INR 2,599, which has since risen to INR 2,799. Buyers can still find the earbuds across the same online platforms and retail channels.
In terms of hardware, the Buds T500 Pro offers significant upgrades over previous T-series models. It features 12.4mm titanium-plated drivers and supports Hi-Res Audio with the LHDC 5.0 codec. The inclusion of 360-degree spatial audio brings it closer to features typically found in higher-end options.
Noise cancellation has also been enhanced. The earbuds come equipped with 50dB Ultra-Wideband Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation and a six-microphone system for improved call clarity. This marks a notable improvement over the Buds T200 and T300, which contributed to the series’ value-driven appeal.
Battery life is impressive, rated at up to 56 hours in total. Fast charging is available, with a 10-minute charge providing up to 10 hours of playback. Connectivity is managed by Bluetooth 6.1, allowing connections to up to three devices simultaneously, and includes a Game Mode with 45ms latency.
Additional features include AI translation support for 34 languages and “MindFlow” audio modes. Each earbud weighs just 4.5 grams and has an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance, rounding out a feature set that appears to be attracting early buyer interest.
