Ravneet Singh Bittu Criticizes CM Bhagwant Manns Allegations

New Delhi, May 6: Central Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu has criticized Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann for his allegations against the BJP concerning the recent bomb blasts in two locations. Bittu suggested that Mann should cool off by placing ice on his head and taking a cold shower to reflect on his statements.

CM Mann claimed, “Investigations are ongoing into the blasts in Jalandhar and Amritsar. This is part of the BJP’s preparations for elections in Punjab. Whenever the BJP contests elections in any state, they instigate riots, cause minor explosions, create internal discord, and divide people along religious and caste lines. This indicates the BJP’s strategy for Punjab.”

Responding to Mann’s comments, BJP leader Bittu stated, “He cannot target anyone; he is intoxicated. Given the extreme heat and his drinking habits, perhaps alcohol has clouded his judgment. He might have made this statement while answering a different question.”

Bittu further mocked CM Mann, saying, “He should place ice on his head and drink cold water, which is readily available, or we can send some. After pouring cold water over himself, he will realize what he has said.”

Following the consecutive blasts in Jalandhar and Amritsar, Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav indicated that Pakistan’s ISI is attempting to create unrest in the state ahead of the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor.

In response, Bittu remarked, “BJP leaders and workers are currently at the party office. If they have the courage, they should send the DGP here. Let him file an FIR and take us for questioning.”

Bittu demanded an apology from the Punjab Chief Minister for making such allegations. He stated, “After making such a statement, Mann has trapped himself. Now, we will see how he retracts. If he does not, we will protest and explore legal options.”

Bittu added, “The ISI has never been as pleased as it is today. What the ISI could not achieve, Bhagwant Mann has accomplished, so by this logic, he too must be an ISI agent.”

Punjab’s Leader of the Opposition, Pratap Singh Bajwa, labeled Mann’s allegations as a “serious accusation” against the BJP. Central Minister Giriraj Singh accused the Punjab government of sheltering terrorists, stating, “The police say one thing, and the government says another.”

During a press conference, BJP MP Sambit Patra retaliated against the Punjab Chief Minister, asserting, “Without any investigation report, Bhagwant Mann made this statement solely for his political gain, under the direction of Arvind Kejriwal. This is highly condemnable.”
