RattanIndia Enterprises rises on making investment in wholly owned foreign subsidiary

The scrip opened at Rs. 42.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 43.10 and Rs. 42.70 respectively. So far 16611 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 65.85 on 12-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 30.50 on 12-May-2022.

RattanIndia Enterprises has made investment of an amount of 1 million United Arab Emirates Dirham, in wholly owned foreign subsidiary of the Company by the name ‘Neorise Technologies – FZCO’ which has been formed under Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority and registered in Free Zone Company.

RattanIndia Enterprises is engaged in the business of Power generation, transmission and distribution of power and power advisory.
