Rasha Thadani’s Singing Debut with ‘Chhaap Tilak’ Holds Special Place in Her Heart

Mumbai, January 29 – Actress Rasha Thadani, daughter of actress Raveena Tandon, is making her mark as a singer. She recently made her singing debut with the song titled ‘Chhaap Tilak’, which she describes as very close to her heart.

Sharing her feelings on Instagram, Rasha expressed her deep devotion to Lord Shiva and connected it with her special song ‘Chhaap Tilak’. She wrote, “Shiva has always been very important to me. ‘Chhaap Tilak’ is a song that holds a special place in my heart.”

Rasha further linked the lyrics of the song with Lord Shiva, saying, “I have left a mark and tilak for the cosmic dancer Nataraja through my art. Today, I wear the sky as my cloak—his universe always surrounds me. The beats of the damru resonate with the rhythm of my heart—Lord Shiva’s damru beats forever stay within me. I am grateful, Om Namah Shivaya.”

Known for her strong devotion to Lord Shiva, Rasha often visits Shiva temples with her mother, Raveena Tandon. She has also visited several of the twelve Jyotirlingas located across India.

Rasha made her acting debut in 2025 with the film ‘Azad’. Although the movie did not perform well at the box office, she has now ventured into singing. She shared a studio video on Instagram, showing herself recording the song. Her singing debut has received praise from ‘Baahubali’ star Prabhas.

Alongside her singing career, Rasha continues her work as an actress. She is soon set to appear in the film ‘Laika Laiki’, marking her return to the big screen.
