Mumbai, August 28: Indian television host, actor, and VJ Ranvijay Singh is set to host the 21st edition of the popular adventure and reality television show ‘Roadies Rebirth.’ He expressed that this season promises to be thrilling, as it will showcase the raw spirit in a completely new way.
Ranvijay stated, “For me, Roadies is not just a show; it’s an emotion. Even after so many years, the passion, courage, and dreams of every Roadies participant still resonate deeply. ‘Roadies Rebirth’ will reflect that same spirit. It will highlight themes of pushing limits and resilience. Over the years, I have witnessed the evolution of Roadies. This new chapter feels exciting as it brings back that raw spirit in a fresh format.”
He concluded, “The new generation is ready to test themselves. I can’t wait to see who can carve their identity and how they tackle the upcoming challenges. See you at the auditions!”
Excitement for the new season has surged, especially after the unveiling of the Roadies Rebirth logo, featuring a phoenix, which symbolizes rebirth and indicates a significant transformation.
MTV Roadies is India’s longest-running and immensely popular adventure and reality television show, airing on MTV India. It first premiered on August 15, 2003, created by Nikhil J. Alva.
Initially, the show focused on social work and bike journeys, but it later evolved to emphasize stunts, physical strength, interpersonal communication, and mental challenges. Faces like Ranvijay Singh, Raghu Ram, and Rajiv Laxman have turned it into a major brand among youth.
After the auditions, a group of contestants travels to various locations to participate in tasks that challenge their physical, social, and mental strength. The auditions for Roadies Rebirth will take place this September in Delhi, Chandigarh, Kolkata, and Pune.
