Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone visit Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings as they prepare for their second child.

Mumbai, September 18 (Daily Kiran) : Bollywood couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are set to welcome their second child. The pair visited the renowned Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai on Friday to seek blessings during the Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
Both stars were dressed in traditional attire for the occasion. Deepika, showing off her baby bump, moved carefully through the crowd, while Ranveer made his way swiftly to her side.
Deepika chose a vibrant maternity ethnic outfit featuring a mix of hot orange, jungle green, and purple shades. Meanwhile, Ranveer wore a simple yet festive purple kurta paired with white pajamas. Their looks were understated but perfectly suited for the celebrations.
Outside the temple, a large crowd gathered to catch a glimpse of the couple. Deepika navigated through the throngs with care, while Ranveer quickly joined her after making his way through the crowd. Together, they offered prayers to Lord Ganapati and received blessings.
The day before their temple visit, Ranveer had also paid a visit to the famous Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai. On Thursday night, he was seen at the Navsacha Ganapati, dressed in a cream-colored kurta, where he sought blessings as well.
The couple is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their second child, having welcomed their first daughter, Dua, in September 2024. They have kept Dua largely out of the public eye, sharing only a few glimpses on social media.
In celebration of Dua’s second birthday in September 2026, Ranveer and Deepika shared early photos of her, including glimpses from Deepika’s maternity shoot. The announcement of their second child’s impending arrival was made in April 2026.
Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot in November 2018 in a private ceremony at Lake Como, Italy, following Konkani Hindu and Sikh Anand Karaj traditions.
