
Mumbai, June 7: Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji is renowned for her powerful performances and remarkable films. Recently, an interview featuring her has gone viral, where she expresses her lifelong desire to achieve greatness and bring happiness to her parents.
During a conversation on the popular television show “Rendezvous with Simi Garewal,” Rani Mukerji shared several childhood memories. When asked about her aspirations as a child, she revealed, “I always wanted to do something significant in life. I had this feeling that I truly wanted to make my parents happy. Whenever I visited a store, I would wish to buy many things, and I thought to myself that one day I would be so successful that I could buy anything I wanted and fulfill all my parents’ wishes.”
Rani further explained, “If I desired something as a child but felt my mother couldn’t afford it, I never insisted. I didn’t want to put my mother in any kind of trouble. I would think that when I grew up, I would do something that would relieve my parents of any worries and provide them with the best things in the world.”
She added, “I was more mature than most children my age. While many kids focused on their wants and needs, I began to understand my family’s circumstances and my parents’ feelings. In my dreams, my family’s happiness always came first.”
Notably, Rani Mukerji was born on March 21, 1978, in Mumbai into a film family. Her father, Ram Mukerji, was a film director, while her mother, Krishna Mukerji, was a playback singer. Growing up in a cinematic environment, Rani stepped into the world of acting at a young age.
