Mumbai, May 19: Renowned Bollywood director Rajkumar Hirani is set to make his debut in the OTT space with the new show ‘Pritam and Pedro.’ The release date has finally been announced after much anticipation; the show will premiere on July 3 on the Jio Hotstar platform.
Hirani’s films often portray the lives of ordinary people. While the complete storyline of the show has not yet been revealed, it promises to offer viewers a unique experience filled with humor, emotions, and the uncertainties of life.
Discussing his new project, Rajkumar Hirani stated, “I have always been drawn to stories where different people come together to understand life in new ways. ‘Pritam and Pedro’ embodies this concept, featuring plenty of humor and a touch of madness.”

Alok Jain, head of Jio Hotstar’s Hindi and English entertainment business, also expressed excitement about the show.
