New Delhi, April 14 : Railways on Thursday refuted the media reports that it is going to levy a surcharge on trains which are being run on diesel traction and said it is “baseless.” In a statement, Railway Ministry said “It is informed for the guidance of all concerned that Indian Railways has no such plans. The speculation is baseless”. It has been reported in the media that Railways is going to levy a surcharge on diesel run trains. JA SHK2058
