Punjab Board Results: 91.46% Pass Rate with Three Students Achieving Perfect Scores

Chandigarh, May 13: A significant announcement has been made regarding the Punjab Board’s Intermediate examination results. Dr. Amar Pal Singh, the Chairman of the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), revealed the results for the 12th-grade board exams on Wednesday. This year, the Punjab Board has released results for all three streams: Science, Commerce, and Arts. According to the results, a total of 91.46% of students passed, showing a slight improvement of 0.46% compared to the previous academic year, which recorded a pass percentage of 91%.

This year, 265,417 students appeared for the examination, with 242,755 successfully passing. Among them, there were 125,695 girls and 139,716 boys, with 119,079 girls and 123,676 boys passing. The girls excelled with a pass percentage of 94.73%, while the boys recorded a pass percentage of 88.52%.

Remarkably, three female students achieved perfect scores of 500 out of 500, marking 100% in the Punjab 12th Board exams. Sukdeep Kaur secured the first position, followed by Mumtaz Begum in second place, and Divyanshi in third. Students who took the Punjab 12th Board exams can check their results on the official website.

To check the Punjab 12th Board results, candidates should visit the PSEB official website. On the homepage, click on the link for “Provisional Result of Senior Secondary (10+2) Examination March 2026.” A new page will open where students can enter their name and roll number. The results will then be displayed on the screen. After checking the results, students are advised to download their mark sheets and keep a printed copy for future reference.

The 12th Board examinations were conducted from February 17 to April 4 this year. In the Commerce stream, a total of 34,496 students appeared, with 34,074 passing. In the Humanities stream, 165,457 students participated, and 145,457 passed. In the Science stream, 56,456 students took the exam, with 55,593 passing. In the Vocational stream, 9,008 students appeared, and 7,909 passed.
