Mumbai, September 3: Actress Priyanka Chopra is quite active on social media. Recently, she shared an interesting memory from her personal life. Through a social media post, she recalled the summer when she gave her husband Nick Jonas her phone number.
Priyanka posted a montage video on Instagram, featuring early moments with Nick, their travels, and family memories. She wrote, “Oh yes! I remember that summer when I gave you my number… almost: Summer 2017 sound on new song out now.”
The video included a picture from a family holiday in Goa, showcasing Priyanka with her younger sister and actress Parineeti Chopra, brother Siddharth Chopra, and other family members posing together. Parineeti commented on the video, saying, “Wow, that Goa trip was really special.”
Talking about Priyanka and Nick’s love story, the couple first met in February 2017 at the Vanity Fair Oscar after-party. However, Nick had already sent her a direct message on social media months earlier.
They later met for drinks in New York and were invited by Ralph Lauren to attend the 2017 Met Gala together. Nick proposed to Priyanka on July 19, 2018, after closing down an entire Tiffany & Co. store in London to choose the perfect engagement ring. They publicly announced their relationship and tied the knot in December 2018 in a grand ceremony in Jodhpur, following both Christian and Hindu traditions.
In January 2022, Priyanka and Nick welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, via surrogacy. Recently, Priyanka appeared on ‘The Jonas Brothers Podcast,’ where she shared many sweet insights about their relationship.
