New Delhi, February 19: Priyanka Chaturvedi, a Rajya Sabha member from Shiv Sena (UBT), has responded to the controversy surrounding the AI Summit. She raised serious questions regarding the allocation of large pavilions to Galgotias University and the implications of ‘robot innovation.’

Chaturvedi stated that the university’s prominent platform has led to confusion in the country and sent misleading messages under the guise of innovation. This situation has unfortunately provided an opportunity for external media to exploit the narrative.

She emphasized that had there been strict scrutiny, standardized procedures, and a clear checklist for pavilion and stall allocations prior to the AI Summit, such issues could have been avoided.

The Shiv Sena UBT member also asserted that merely instructing the removal of stalls by the government is not sufficient. Accountability must be established, and appropriate actions should be taken against the involved institutions to prevent future controversies.

Chaturvedi further commented on the status of the India Block coalition. She noted that the coalition’s impact was evident during its formation, significantly influencing the Lok Sabha elections. This alliance presented a strong alternative political platform, forcing the Bharatiya Janata Party to rely on allied parties to maintain a majority.

She expressed concern over the lack of significant meetings since then and the absence of concrete initiatives to sustain the momentum. Chaturvedi stated that the country faces numerous challenges, and if the India coalition aims to gain public trust, it must advance with a clear agenda and strong unity.
