PNC Infratech has inked concession agreement with National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for implementation of the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) project in Uttar Pradesh. The project is for improvement and upgradation of existing road to 4 lane with paved shoulders, from end of Hardoi bypass to end of Hardoi district of NH-731 (Pkg-III) in the state of Uttar Pradesh. The bid project cost is Rs 864 crore. The project is to be constructed in 30 months, upon declaration of appointed date and operated for 15 years, post construction. The company has incorporated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) on July 28, 2022 for implementation of said project.
