New Delhi, May 9: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Karnataka and Telangana on May 10. During this trip, he will participate in several events.
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, PM Modi stated, “I will be part of various programs in Karnataka and Telangana on May 10.”
He mentioned that at 11 AM, he will attend the 45th anniversary celebration of the ‘Art of Living’ organization. This organization has been doing commendable work in various sectors, aligning with our ideals of social service. Following this, in Hyderabad, he will inaugurate or lay the foundation for development projects worth approximately ₹9,500 crores. These projects will cover areas such as roads, logistics, textiles, railways, energy, and more. Afterward, he will participate in a program to dedicate the ‘Sindhu Hospital’ to the nation.
In the evening, he will address a BJP rally in the city. Frustrated by the misgovernance of the BRS and now the Congress, Telangana is looking towards the BJP. Our growing public support indicates that our party is the first choice for the people of Telangana.
It is noteworthy that the ‘Art of Living’, founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981, has evolved into a global volunteer and educational organization present in 182 countries. The Prime Minister will attend the organization’s 45th anniversary and Gurudev’s 70th birthday celebrations.
PM Modi will also inaugurate the newly constructed meditation temple at the Art of Living International Center in Bengaluru. This dedicated meditation hall aims to promote inner peace and overall well-being. He will launch nationwide service initiatives of the Art of Living, which include year-long projects focused on mental health, rural development, nature conservation, and social change.
Additionally, PM Modi will lay the foundation for and dedicate several development projects worth around ₹9,400 crores. The collective aim of these projects is to strengthen connectivity, improve logistics efficiency, enhance security, and provide a better travel experience for passengers.
The Prime Minister will dedicate the Sindhu Hospital in Hyderabad to the nation. This state-of-the-art multi-specialty non-profit institution is dedicated to cancer treatment. Spanning 2.1 million square feet, the 18-story hospital features 1,500 beds, over 150 doctor consultation rooms, and 29 advanced operating theaters. It offers comprehensive care, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, cancer surgery, bone marrow transplants, advanced critical care, and more than 33 specialties. The hospital is equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic facilities, modern laboratories, and blood center services.
