New Delhi, May 27: Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared an inspiring message on the social media platform ‘X’ on Wednesday morning. Through this post, he emphasized that unwavering patience, continuous effort, and strong determination can help achieve even the most significant goals.
PM Modi stated, “With continuous effort, patience, and determination, we can achieve the greatest of goals. Today, our fellow citizens are taking India to new heights with this very spirit.”
Along with the message, the Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit verse that conveys that a person who consistently and systematically strives for a goal will certainly attain it. The verse reads: ‘Yo yamartham prarthayate tadartham cheh te kramat. Avashyam sa tamapnoti na chedarthan nivartate..’
The meaning of this verse is, “The person who desires a particular goal and makes continuous, systematic efforts to achieve it will certainly attain that goal, provided they do not give up or retreat from their path.”
Earlier, on Tuesday, PM Modi had mentioned in his ‘Sūbhāṣitam’ message that true knowledge paves the way for the welfare of the nation, society, and all humanity. In his post on X, he wrote, “True knowledge paves the way for the welfare of the nation, society, and all humanity. Therefore, it is essential that our knowledge and actions inspire all of humanity. The soul is pure, eternal, and blissful by nature. Due to ignorance, it appears tainted, but through knowledge, it reveals its pure form once again.”
The meaning of this verse is, “The soul is inherently pure, eternal, blissful, and self-illuminating. However, due to ignorance, it appears tarnished, and through knowledge, it once again manifests in its pure form.”
