Jaipur, 16 August (Kiran News). The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) team from Pali has arrested Patwari Ashok of Patwar Mandal Siriari, Tehsil Marwar Junction, District Pali, while accepting a bribe of fifty thousand rupees.

Additional Director General of Police, Smita Srivastava, stated that the Pali Second Team of the Anti-Corruption Bureau received a complaint from an applicant alleging that Patwari Ashok was demanding a bribe of fifty thousand rupees for processing the mutation of a plot and shop.
Following verification of the complaint, under the supervision of Pali Second Team in-charge and Additional Superintendent of Police, Khim Singh, a trap was laid, and Patwari Ashok was caught red-handed accepting the bribe amount of fifty thousand rupees (ten thousand rupees in Indian currency and forty thousand in dummy notes).
