
Mumbai, April 10: The Oppo Find X9 Ultra is set to be officially launched on April 21 in various markets, including China. Ahead of its debut, the device briefly appeared on China Telecom’s database, revealing several key specifications and design details, which have since circulated online in screenshots.

According to the listing, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with a resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels. It is rumored to support a 144Hz refresh rate. For security, the phone is expected to include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor and will run on ColorOS 16 based on Android 16.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The battery capacity is listed at 7,050mAh, with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
For photography, the phone may feature a 50-megapixel front camera. On the rear, it is expected to have a quad-camera setup consisting of a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 200-megapixel periscope unit with 3x zoom, and a 50-megapixel periscope offering 10x zoom. Additionally, a 3.2-megapixel multispectral sensor is rumored to be part of the setup.
Reports indicate that the camera system includes a 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 ultra-wide lens, a 200-megapixel OmniVision OV52A periscope unit, and a 50-megapixel Samsung JNL periscope. The device may also support a Hasselblad teleconverter kit for enhanced zoom capabilities. A Quick button is positioned at the bottom right, likely for shortcuts or camera access.
The Find X9 Ultra features a Snap Key at the top left, expected to provide access to AI Mind Space features. Other rumored features include an x-axis linear motor, dual speakers, an IR blaster, and an IP68, IP69, and IP69K rating. The phone measures 163.04 x 76.91 x 9.15mm and weighs 238 grams, reflecting its large battery and advanced camera system.

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be available in several variants, including 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB, with support for satellite connectivity. The device is showcased in Velvet Sand Canyon (orange), and will also be available in Earth Tundra (brown) and Polar Glacier (white).
Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has claimed that the 16GB+1TB edition in Earth Tundra will come with a special Hasselblad “Explorer Master Kit.”
