ONGC surges on reporting over 3-fold jump in Q2 consolidated net profit

The company has reported around 7-fold in its net profit at Rs 18,347.73 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 2,757.77 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 43.58% at Rs 27,500.14 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 19,152.94 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 3-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 18,749.17 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 5,674.88 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 44.25% at Rs 123,444.95 crore for Q2FY22 as compared Rs 85,578.19 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
