New Delhi, October 14 (Daily Kiran): OnePlus has officially revealed key details of the OnePlus 15’s display, confirming several major upgrades ahead of its China launch and global debut expected in mid-November. The new flagship’s screen, manufactured by BOE, will be formally unveiled today and is being touted as one of the most advanced smartphone displays in the market.
OnePlus 15 Display: Key Specifications
According to official teasers, the OnePlus 15 will feature a 165Hz refresh rate, offering ultra-smooth visuals ideal for gaming and high-frame-rate content. Compared to the OnePlus 13, the new panel delivers 13% higher brightness and 11.8% better color accuracy and consistency.
The display comes with 1.15mm ultra-slim bezels on all four sides, giving it a nearly edge-to-edge appearance. Power efficiency has also improved — 10% lower power consumption — while overall panel lifespan is up by 30% compared to the previous generation.
Enhanced Display Technology
The OnePlus 15’s screen integrates an Oppo P3 display chip, which ensures faster response times and stable brightness, even at higher refresh rates. It also supports hardware-level 1-nit minimum brightness, certified by TÜV Rheinland, making it easier on the eyes in low-light environments.
While OnePlus has not officially disclosed the resolution, reports confirm that the OnePlus 15 will feature a 1.5K panel, a step down from the QHD+ resolution seen on its predecessor.
