Oil India Limited Announces Recruitment for Nurses and Paramedical Dialysis Technicians

New Delhi, May 11: Oil India Limited (OIL) has issued an official notification for the recruitment of two nurses and three paramedical dialysis technicians on a contractual basis at its field headquarters in Duliajan, Assam. This opportunity is open to qualified and interested residents of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.

Candidates for these positions will be selected based on a walk-in personal assistant assessment, which will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. The selection process will consider qualifying marks, professional knowledge, skills, and the final merit list. Selected candidates for the nurse position will receive a monthly salary of ₹24,960, along with a variable pay of ₹960 for each working day.

For the paramedical dialysis technician role, candidates will be offered a fixed salary of ₹21,450 per month, with a variable pay of ₹825 for each working day.

To qualify for the nurse position, candidates must have completed their 12th grade from a government-recognized board or university in any stream. They should also possess a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) from the Indian Nursing Council, along with at least two years of full-time work experience as a nurse in a government hospital, public sector undertaking (PSU) hospital, or a reputable private hospital. Alternatively, candidates with a B.Sc. in Nursing and valid registration with the state nursing council are also eligible.

Additionally, candidates must have at least one year of full-time work experience as a nurse in a government hospital, PSU hospital, or a reputable private hospital.

For the paramedical dialysis technician position, candidates should have passed 12th grade in the science stream from a government-recognized board or university. They must also hold a diploma or certificate in dialysis technology with a minimum duration of two years. Furthermore, candidates should have at least two years of full-time work experience in the field of dialysis from a government hospital or a reputable private hospital after obtaining their qualification.

The minimum age for candidates applying for both positions is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is capped at 40 years, calculated as of May 26. Candidates from the OBC (NCL) category have a maximum age limit of 43 years.

The walk-in personal assistant assessment will take place on May 26 at the ‘Occupational Health Centre, Oil Hospital, Oil India Limited, Duliajan, Assam.’ Registration for candidates will be conducted on the same day between 7 AM and 9 AM. Eligible candidates attending the personal assessment are advised to arrive on time and bring a hard copy of the completed application form along with all required original documents.
