NTPC has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2022.
The company has reported rise of 5.53% in its net profit at Rs 3331.20 crore for Q2FY23 as compared to Rs 3156.74 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. Total income of the company increased by 37.96% to Rs 41810.96 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 30305.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported fall of 7.40% in its net profit at Rs 3417.67 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 3690.95 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 35.01% to 44681.50 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 33095.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
