The BSE group ‘X’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.00 on 21-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.50 on 29-Nov-2021.

NPR Finance has entered into an agreement for sale of its Wind Turbine, which is located at Sangli. Consideration received from such sale / disposal is Rs 1.40 crore plus applicable taxes.
The expected date of completion of sale is within 180 days from the date of entering into the sale agreement or such further period as may be mutually agreed between both the parties.
Earlier, the company had entered into an agreement with Hindustan Unilever for sale of one its wind turbines generator plant located at Dhule in Maharashtra.
