NABARD Invites Applications for Specialist Positions: Age Limit Up to 65 Years

Mumbai, May 18: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has officially announced the opening of applications for eight specialist positions at its headquarters in Mumbai. These positions are available on a contractual basis across various departments.

Among the eight specialist roles, five are in the Strategic Planning and Product Innovation Department (SPPID). These include one specialist in Financial Strategy, one in Information Technology Strategy, one in Human Resource Strategy, and two in Organizational Strategy.

Additionally, there is one position for a Senior Climate Finance Specialist in the Climate Action and Sustainability Department (DCAS) and two roles in the Risk Management Department (RMD), which include an Additional Chief Risk Manager and a Market Risk Manager.

The online application process began on May 14 and will close on June 1. Candidates interested in applying can submit their registration forms on the official NABARD website before the deadline.

Applicants must possess a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in finance or public policy from a recognized institution, or an MBA in finance. Other qualifications include a BE/BTech in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology, a two-year full-time Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM), or an MBA in Human Resource/Industrial Relations. Candidates should also have relevant work experience and meet other eligibility criteria.

The age limit for applicants ranges from 30 to 40 years for some positions, while others may go up to 65 years, calculated as of May 1. Selection will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and skills, followed by shortlisting, interviews, and document verification. Selected candidates can expect a salary ranging from ₹3 lakh to ₹24-45 lakh annually, along with additional benefits.

When filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹150 for SC/ST/PWD candidates and ₹850 for all other categories.

To apply online, candidates should visit the official NABARD website, click on the active application link for the relevant position, register, and log in. They must fill in all required information, upload necessary documents, pay the registration fee, and submit the form. It is advisable to print a copy of the application for future reference.
