Motorola has officially unveiled the Moto X70 Air, an ultra-slim smartphone measuring just 6mm thick, ahead of its China debut on October 31. The device is already listed on Lenovo’s official website, revealing all key specifications and features.

Display and Design

The Moto X70 Air sports a 6.7-inch pOLED display with 1.5K (1,220 x 2,712 pixels) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive 4,500 nits peak brightness. The screen is Pantone-validated and features SGS eye-care certification, ensuring a vibrant yet comfortable viewing experience. The phone integrates an in-display fingerprint sensor and runs on Android 16.

Performance and Battery

Powering the handset is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. For heat management, Motorola has added a 3D vapour cooling system. Despite its slim profile, the phone houses a 4,800mAh battery with 68W wired and 15W wireless charging support, offering solid performance and quick recharging.

Camera Setup

The Moto X70 Air features a triple 50MP camera system, including a 50MP Samsung main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP front camera for selfies and video calls. The setup ensures detailed, stable, and color-accurate photos across lighting conditions.

Build and Connectivity

Available in Gadget Grey, Lily Pad, and Bronze Green, all Pantone-validated, the device supports 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, OTG, and USB Type-C. It also carries IP68 and IP69 certification, making it resistant to dust and water.

Global Rebrand

The Moto X70 Air will be rebranded as the Motorola Edge 70 for global markets, scheduled to launch internationally on November 5, sharing identical design and specifications.
