Udaipur, August 13 (Kiran News) – The Mewar Jan Shakti Dal in Udaipur organised a grand Tiranga Yatra on Wednesday from Gangaur Ghat to the historic Jagdish Temple. According to the organisation’s founder, Naresh Kumar Sharma, the rally was held under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call and guided by Udaipur’s Nyay Mitra K.K. Gupta.

Over 1,500 participants, including students from R.B.U. Senior Secondary School, Jagdish Chowk, Mahatma Gandhi Senior Secondary School, Kanwarpada, local residents, and tourists, enthusiastically joined the rally. The procession began at Gangaur Ghat and concluded at Jagdish Temple, one of Mewar’s most revered and scenic religious sites.
Messages of Cleanliness and Patriotism
Addressing the gathering, Swachh Bharat Mission coordinator K.K. Gupta administered an oath of cleanliness to all participants and expressed his vision of making Udaipur internationally recognised for its cleanliness and beauty. He stressed that health and hygiene are essential for life and require continuous effort.
BJP’s State Coordinator for the Disaster Relief Department, Jinendra Shastri, welcomed participants, including visitors from Delhi, and encouraged the children. He said the rally would not only enhance patriotic spirit but also remind people of their responsibilities towards the nation.

Mewar Jan Shakti Dal’s National President, Kapil Paliwal, thanked all participants, saying the event showcased India’s unity and integrity while reinforcing the sense of duty among citizens. Founder Naresh Kumar Sharma honoured the guests and reiterated that the rally symbolised national unity, urging everyone to remain committed to their responsibilities towards the country.
