Raipur, May 11: The National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC) has announced a significant recruitment drive for 180 apprentice positions across various trades. Eligible candidates are invited to apply following the official notification released by the organization.
The vacancies include 30 positions for COPA (PASAA), 25 for Diesel Mechanics, 20 for Fitters, 30 for Electricians, 20 for Welders (Gas and Electric), 20 for Motor Vehicle Mechanics, and 5 for Machinists under the Trade Apprentice category. Additionally, there are 6 positions for Mechanical Engineering, 4 for Electrical Engineering, 4 for Mining Engineering, and 2 for Civil Engineering under the Graduate Apprentice category. The Technician Apprentice category includes 5 positions for Mechanical Engineering, 3 for Electrical Engineering, 2 for Mining Engineering, and 4 for MOM.
Candidates applying for Trade Apprentice positions must possess an ITI certificate in the relevant field. For Graduate Apprentice roles, a four-year engineering degree is required, while Technician Apprentice candidates must hold a three-year engineering diploma.
Selection for these positions will be based on walk-in interviews and document verification. The interviews are scheduled to take place from June 1 to June 11, starting at 10 AM at the Training Institute, BIOM, Bacheli Complex, Bacheli. Interested candidates are advised to arrive on time and bring original documents, including proof of date of birth, Aadhaar card, qualification certificates, and caste certificates for verification.
Before attending the walk-in interview, candidates must register on the official NAPS portal for Trade Apprentice positions and on the NATs portal for Graduate and Technician Apprentice roles. Candidates should reach the interview venue before 9 AM on the day of the interview to complete their registration.
