Manoj Tiwari Prays for Prosperity Amid Concerns for Delhi Traders During Durga Puja

BJP MP Manoj Tiwari prays for prosperity during Durga Puja while expressing concern over losses faced by traders in Delhi.

New Delhi, October 16 (Daily Kiran) : BJP Member of Parliament Manoj Tiwari offered prayers to Goddess Durga for blessings during the festivities of Durga Puja and Navratri. Speaking on October 16, he praised the vibrant celebrations in West Bengal, noting the enthusiasm with which people participated in the rituals. However, he expressed concern over the losses incurred by traders in Delhi due to ongoing protests. Tiwari expressed confidence that the government would soon restore peace and order.

During the Navratri festival, Tiwari emphasized the importance of seeking success in every positive endeavor. He remarked that the blessings of the Goddess determine the timing of success for individuals. On the sixth day of Navratri, the worship of Goddess Katyayani holds special significance, and he visited the temple to pay his respects as he does every year.

Tiwari contrasted the religious events in Delhi and Kolkata, stating that while Delhi is known for its Ramlila performances, Kolkata is synonymous with Durga Puja. He shared that in his village, the arrival of Goddess Durga is celebrated with great reverence. He prayed for her blessings on all and wished for the eradication of evils manifesting in various forms.

Reflecting on the Durga Puja celebrations in West Bengal, Tiwari described them as remarkable. He noted the excitement surrounding the stadium events, suggesting that people had long awaited such gatherings. He highlighted the inclusive nature of the BJP government, asserting that all communities celebrate their festivals with enthusiasm under its leadership. Tiwari advocated for the right of all communities—Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Parsis, and Jains—to observe their festivals freely.

Addressing the impact of protests on businesses in Delhi, Tiwari voiced his concerns. He called the losses faced by traders troubling and pointed out that the activities of unruly elements on the streets pose a significant challenge. He criticized those who undermine the Constitution, stating that individuals who once championed it have now become its adversaries. Tiwari expressed hope that the government would soon succeed in restoring order and tranquility.
