
New Delhi, June 25: A significant fire erupted at the Golden Eye Mall’s commercial building in Greater Noida West on Thursday, causing panic in the area. The blaze started in an office on the ninth floor of Tower-3 and quickly escalated.
Witnesses reported thick smoke and flames rising from the high-rise, prompting immediate alerts to the police and fire department. In response, the fire department dispatched five fire engines to the scene without delay.
Firefighters swiftly took charge, evacuating individuals from the building and initiating efforts to extinguish the flames. Preliminary investigations suggest that a short circuit may have caused the fire.
According to fire department officials, the fire originated in an office on the ninth floor and spread rapidly. Fortunately, the timely arrival of the fire service team prevented a major disaster. Thankfully, there were no casualties, and everyone was reported safe.
The fire department received the alert about the blaze at an office located behind the complex in the Bisrakh police station area. Upon arrival, the fire brigade units coordinated effectively to completely extinguish the fire.
