Mahesh Bhatt has recently praised Anupam Kher’s latest OTT release, ‘Tanvi the Great,’ and Anupam has graciously accepted this compliment.
Anupam Kher made his film debut through Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Saaransh,’ but their relationship soured during the film’s production, leading Anupam to label Mahesh a fraud. Today, however, Anupam expresses gratitude for the opportunity Bhatt provided him, acknowledging that not only did ‘Saaransh’ introduce him to the film industry, but Bhatt has also supported him throughout his career.
The actor is elated to hear praise for his first directed film from Mahesh Bhatt. He took to Instagram to share his feelings, stating, “Thank you so much, Mahesh Bhatt! Your appreciation for ‘Tanvi the Great’ means a lot to me. It has inspired me to stay true to my values and create films that I believe in.”
The bond between the two has clearly deepened. They have been spotted together at the airport, a stark contrast to the time when Anupam openly criticized Mahesh in interviews. After receiving another opportunity to work with Mahesh in ‘Saaransh,’ Anupam found solace, even contemplating leaving Mumbai at one point. However, he changed his mind after being offered the role.
